At Ortho El Paso, we’re doing everything we can to help protect our doctors, patients and staff. We’re taking preventive measures to keep our practice safe and maintain a healthy environment for you. Together, we’ll get through this.
Here's more on our efforts:
As of April 24, 2020: Ortho El Paso will begin requiring doctors, patients and staff to wear masks or other face coverings at our practice. This is to meet the requirements of the Mayor of the City of El Paso and his mandates. See more at www.elpasostrong.org.
We’re making face masks available to those who arrive without one.
We are taking forehead temperature at the door.
We are asking necessary questions about symptoms, travel and the other qualifying questions we need to note for the health and safety of all, including for your protection.
We are monitoring occupancy in our waiting area. Seating will remain at 6' distance. Also, please know that we may ask that you await your appointment in your automobile should occupancy be more than our waiting room can hold at this time.
You can be assured that Ortho El Paso is providing the safest environment possible for your orthopedic care. As our practice and country continue to deal with the spread of COVID-19, Ortho El Paso remains focused on the health and safety of everyone here.
Thank you for complying with our requirements. We look forward to seeing you.
